Who I am

David Colombe

Relationship and Intimacy Facilitator

“And your connection with yourself is where it begins.”

I believe that our most intimate relationships can become some of our greatest opportunities for growth, discovery, and connection.

As a Counselling Psychology Master’s student, yoga and meditation teacher, and Tantra practitioner and teacher, I bring together psychological insight and embodied practices to help individuals and couples explore the many dimensions of intimacy. My approach honours the uniqueness of every partnership, creating space for honest conversations, greater vulnerability, playful exploration, and the courage to move beyond old patterns and expectations.

At Conscious Partnership Studio, I invite couples to approach intimacy with curiosity rather than judgment, openness rather than fear, and a willingness to discover what feels authentic and fulfilling for them. Together, we explore how trust, emotional safety, communication, and presence can deepen both our connection with ourselves and our experience of one another.

I believe intimacy is not something we simply learn to do, but something we continually learn to share.

My approach

My approach to coaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that conscious intimacy begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves and one another. Drawing on psychological insight, mindfulness, yoga, and Tantra, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore vulnerability, challenge inherited relationship patterns, and rediscover the richness of emotional and sensual connection.

I invite people to approach intimacy with openness and courage, exploring the interplay of trust, desire, pleasure, and authentic self-expression. Balancing emotional safety with a spirit of playful exploration, my work empowers each person and couple to move beyond assumptions and expectations toward more conscious, fulfilling, and deeply alive ways of relating.

My aim is not to prescribe how intimacy should look, but to help each person and partnership discover the freedom, depth, and aliveness that feel genuinely their own.

Coaching is collaborative.

You remain responsible for your own choices, boundaries, relationships, and decisions.

Depending on your goals, sessions may incorporate conversation, reflective exercises, communication practices, mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, values exploration, relationship education, and other appropriate coaching practices.

There is no expectation that you disclose anything you do not wish to disclose. You may decline any exercise, question, topic, or practice.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose or treat clinical conditions.
